Absolutely! All of our workouts are adaptable to suit all ages, abilities, sizes, shapes and fitness levels. Our expert coaches will challenge you whilst being aware of your limits to create steady improvement.
You can expect to lose weight, improve your strength and see improvements in your body shape as well as your cardiovascular fitness. Other benefits include improved confidence, reduced anxiety, better sleep, increased daily energy and mental clarity. Daily movements will eventually become easier and aches and pains can be eased.
We utilise a wide range of equipment in our workouts to make sure they are varied and ALWAYS exciting! You can expect to use things like sandbags, medicine and slam balls, prowlers, rowing machines battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bosus, racks and more! There will also be some body weight exercises but what you won't find are treadmills!
We run classes every day of the week and you can find the full schedule on our WEBSITE HERE!
Our classes are 1 hour long, with the exception of lunchtime classes which are 45 minutes long.
After payment, you will be taken to a a payment summary pàge and we will reach out to you to get you booked in for your first session,
Absolutely! We also supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with GHD hairdryers and straighteners.
We don't have parking onsite but there's lots of free parking in close proximity to the gym.
